The FontAgent Server Manager lets you control selected functionality of FontAgent Connected Clients on Mac and Windows software used by your end users.
To edit extended permissions setting, you must first launch the FontAgent Server Manager and select Settings in the right column.

The Settings panel allows server admins to control the functionality of FontAgent Mac and Windows clients in the following ways.
Hide System Fonts
This setting allows admins to conceal fonts installed in system font folders in FontAgent.
Lock System Font Folders
This setting prevents users from adding fonts to or removing fonts from macOS system font folders.
Enable Automatic Kerberos Login
This setting allows client-side single sign on using the email address found with the associated Kerberos ticket.
Sync Interval in Hours
This allows admins to set how often FontAgent connected clients sync with FontAgent Server.
To verify the status and structure of your enterprise directory services, contact your IT manager.
Deploy Client Settings
To deploy client settings to your FontAgent users, first click the Configure FontAgent Client Management button. This will generate a properties file (named fontAgentServer.properties) that you need to install on the end users’ systems.
If the client computer is a Macintosh, please copy this file under:
/Library/Preferences/InsiderSoftware/v8/fontAgentServer.properties
and/or
/Library/Preferences/InsiderSoftware/v9/fontAgentServer.properties
If the client computer is a Windows PC, please copy this file under:
C:\ProgramData\fontAgentServer.properties
Note: You will need to create the directory that contains the properties file on users’ systems
The fontAgentServer.properties file should contain the following two lines:
serverURL=https://server.address.com/FAServer
emailAddress=admin@email.com
