FontAgent® Server includes multiple levels of security so you can tailor user permissions to your specific requirements.
About Permissions
You can keep your FontAgent Server installation and font database secure by granting precise access permissions to users and groups. By default, new users have no administrative rights to the server. They are allowed only to synchronize their local client database with server fonts and sets to which an administrator has granted them access.
Server admins can grant administrative powers to selected users to offload some of the responsibilities of managing users and fonts.
Permission Types
FontAgent Server allows you to assign various types of admin permissions to users and groups.

Privileges you assign to a group supersede those assigned to individual users who are members of the group. When you grant Administer Server rights to a user or group, you don’t need to grant other permissions since server admins have universal privileges to all server functionality.
