To view information about client computers connected to your FontAgent Server, you must first launch the FontAgent® Server Manager.
Using The Machines Panel
To view a list of client computers attached to your FontAgent Server, click the Machines tab in the Left Sidebar. A list of connected client computers appears in the top pane of the Server Manager window.
After you have selected a machine from the top window, click Info tab in the bottom window to see a table containing the following columns.

| Created | The date the machine first appeared in the list |
| Host IP | The IP address of the client computer |
| Host Name | The host name of the client computer |
| Used for Sharing | Set to true if the computer is sharing fonts on the server |
| MAC Address | MAC address of the client computer |
Viewing Machine Details
After you have selected a machine from the top window, click Info tab in the bottom window the connection details for the machine repeated in a compact format for fast review.
Font Usage by Computer
Click the Font Usage tab to view a table of fonts that have been assigned to the selected computer. The Server Manager provides detailed, real-time statistics about font usage across your user community.
Deleting a Machine
You can delete a machine from FontAgent Server when it is no longer in use on your network. When you delete a machine, the server performs the following actions:
- Removes the machine from the list of client computers that connect to the server
- Removes usage log entries for the machine
To delete a machine, follow these steps:
- Select the Machines tab in the left Sidebar and a table of computers appears in the top window.
- Select the machine you wish to delete.
- Click the Delete button on the far right side of the row corresponding to the font.
